Predicting the severity of COVID-19

For more than two years the whole world has been ensnared by COVID-19 pandemic caused SARS-COV-2. Every day in Belarus, and new cases of disease are detected, number deaths continues to grow. Currently, according Johns Hopkins University our country, there 930 thousand confirmed coronavirus infection 6 [1]. Therefore, introduction a diagnostic tool can help not only reduce lethality this disease, but also optimize use hospital beds, which will provide possibility using timely targeted therapy. As result study, high specificity (80.4%) COVID-GRAM Critical Illness Risk Score calculator was confirmed, significant differences (p=0.004) were obtained, allows us recommend it as starting point when developing sensitive forecasting methods.
